Location - In the popular
Levante area of Benidorm, 500 metres from the bars, restaurants
and shops and a 15 minute walk from the Levante Beach. The
Evamar Apartments are ideal for families, couples or friends
looking for a good location. The famous twice weekly Benidorm
Market is also nearby. This is good, basic, value-for-money
accommodation with a range of facilities and entertainment.
Accommodation – The one
bed roomed apartments for 2 to 4 adults have a twin bedroom
with sofa-beds in the lounge area. They all have an American
style (open plan) kitchen, (2 electric rings, fridge, mini-oven
and toaster) a complete bathroom and a south facing terrace.
Safe Deposit boxes are available for rent. There is a weekly
cleaning and linen change and a launderette on the premises.
Upon arrival a €30 (£20) per person deposit is payable. Satellite
TV is available at an extra cost.
Sports & Leisure –
There is a swimming pool and sun terrace, children have a
section of the pool and a play area. There is also the bonus
of an all-year round covered heated pool.
Facilities & Services
– The 24 hour reception offers similar services that you would
expect from a hotel, from money exchange to general information,
daily newspapers postcards etc
Hot and cold snacks available throughout day in the spacious
bar and you can enjoy a game of pool, table tennis, or a quiet
game of cards.
