If, your holiday plans have been disrupted due to Volcanic Ash Activity then we agree to amend your travel dates at no further cost providing the cost of the accommodation on your NEW TRAVEL date is the same price as when you booked.
If the holiday is more expensive then you will need to pay the difference or select an alternative accommodation.
Your flights can be rescheduled subject to the terms and conditions of the airline (refer to their website) with whom your flights are booked.To amend your travel dates, please send an email to amend@sun4udirect.com with your new flight details. A member of our customer service team will then contact you to arrange the necessary changes.
